Maury County Park is a 242 acre park located in the heart of Columbia.  Maury County Park contains passive recreational areas, a walking trail, the Maury County Softball complex, The Lindsey Nelson Football Stadium, exhibitor buildings, The Skillington Livestock Barn, The Babe Ruth ball field, restrooms, and extensive equestrian area, seven picnic shelters, Kids Kingdom , several smaller playground areas and a scale miniature train area including a passenger station.  Each shelter contains electricity, running water and a grill.
