Pavilion Reservation

 

To reserve a pavilion in Maury County Park, Williams Spring Park, Chickasaw Trace Park or Hampshire Park, you must come to the Park Office located at 1018 Maury County Park Drive in Columbia with $30.00 in cash or check.  You may check availability of pavilions by calling Michelle Kenley at (931) 375-6102 or by email mkenley@maurycounty-tn.gov.

 

 

 

Maury County Park pavilions:   Off Lion's Parkway, Columbia

 

Kiwanis Beside Kids Kingdom wooden playground.  125 capacity.  Restrooms, water, grill & outlets. 
Bridle & Saddle Behind Babe Ruth field and across street from Kids Kingdom.  75 capacity.  Restroom, grill, water & outlets.
White Oak Across grassy field behind Kids Kingdom (cross railroad tracks).  40 capacity.  Grill, water & outlets.
Civitan Take first right after passing Kids Kingdom and next left into parking lot. It is the smaller shelter on left. 60 capacity. Near restrooms and toddler playground.  Grill, water & outlets.
Jr. Order Take first right after passing Kids Kingdom and next left into parking lot.  It is the larger shelter straight ahead.  125 capacity.  Near restrooms and toddler playground.  Grill, water & outlets.
Rotary Take first right after passing Kids Kingdom and follow road to dead end into parking lot.  Larger shelter. 125 capacity.  Near Jared's Dream playground, Tony's Trail, and restrooms.  Grill, water & outlets.
Jaycee Take first right after passing Kids Kingdom and follow road to dead end into parking lot.  Smaller shelter. 30 capacity.  Near Jared's Dream playground, Tony's Trail, and restrooms.  Grill, water & outlets.  May be reserved in conjunction with Rotary for large events.
Monsanto Go past Kids Kingdom up the winding road to the top of the hill.  Restrooms, grill, water & outlets.  Observation deck.

 

   

 

Williams Spring Park pavilions:   Mile marker 14 off Hwy 43 towards Mt. Pleasant

 

Barker Right beside playground.  50 capacity.  Grill, water & outlets.
Bailey Across the grassy field from playground. Largest shelter with 125 capacity.  Near restrooms with grill, water & outlets.
Rattle & Snap In back of park where cul-de-sac is.  50 capacity.  Near restrooms with grill, water & outlets.

 

 

Chickasaw Trace Park pavilions:  1417 New Highway 7, Columbia

 

Knob Creek First shelter on the left after entering the park.  50 capacity.  Near restrooms with deck, grill, water & outlets.
Hanson Second shelter on the left.  Largest capacity at 125.  Beside playground with grill, water & outlets.

 

                                                            

Hampshire Park pavilion:

 

Hampshire Park is shared with Hampshire Unit School.  In the school playground area.  50 capacity. 

No restrooms. 

 


 

Baker and Exhibit Buildings

and/or Chickasaw Cabin

 

To reserve the Baker and Exhibit Buildings in MCP and/or the Derryberry Cabin at Chickasaw Trace Park for private parties such as birthday, graduation, reunions, weddings, or social clubs, the Event Proposal Kit must be downloaded, printed, filled out and returned to the Park Office along with the $75.00 fee and the refundable $50.00 cleaning deposit.  For questions, please contact Michelle Kenley at (931) 375-6102 or mkenley@maurycounty-tn.gov or Sonjalyn Dickson Rine at (931) 375-6103 or srine@maurycounty-tn.gov

Athletic Fields, Equestrian Facilities

and/or Fairgrounds Reservation

 

To reserve the Athletic Fields (Babe Ruth, Lindsey Nelson Stadium, and/or Softball Complex), the Equestrian Facilities (walking horse arena, show arena, livestock barns and/or stall barns), or the Fairgrounds for events to which the public will be invited such as baseball games, horse shows, graduation ceremonies, etc., this Event Proposal Kit must be downloaded, printed, filled out and returned to the Park Office.  For more information on the required insurance certificate or you have any questions, please contact Sonjalyn Dickson Rine at (931) 375-6103 or srine@maurycounty-tn.gov.
