Text Box: The Sheriff’s Department Civil Unit is charged with attempting to serve all civil process papers, issued by the Courts of Maury County.  This includes civil papers issued by the Courts of other counties and states, where the respondent resided within the boundaries of Maury County.  Attempts made on all papers are to be handled in a timely manner, in accordance with TCA codes.
