Text Box: The Department's ID Unit is responsible for creating and issuing all county employee identification cards.  The Unit also provides fingerprinting services* to the public if they have their own TBI fingerprint cards.  This service is provided Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  To make an appointment please call Dep. Richie Hickman at 931-375-8622.   Dep. Hickman, in conjunction with the TWRA, also conducts Hunter Safety programs throughout the year.  For more information, please call or e-mail Dep. Hickman.   * The Unit does not fingerprint for Handgun Carry Permits.
