Agricultural Extension
UT Extension serves the citizens of Maury County with educational programs in the areas of Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, Community Resource Development, and 4-H Youth Development.

Animal Services
Animal Services handles adoptions and receiving of unwanted / stray animals in Maury County.

Archives
The Archives Department mission is to collect, conserve and make available to the public the priceless collection of Maury County original documents.

Assessor
The property assessor is responsible for the valuation of locally assessed real property and commercial/industrial personal property in the County.

Building & Zoning Office
This office is to aid in construction, land use, subdivision of property and development. We permit new construction in the unincorporated county and inspect for compliance with adopted codes. Adequate Facilities taxes are collected in this office for all new construction within Maury County. We ascertain proper land use and guide in the application and submittal process to the Maury County Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals to obtain approval for desired use, subdivisions and/or developments.

Central Maintenance
Central Maintenance performs maintenance, repairs and inspections on Maury County school buses, all Maury County Departments’ vehicles as well as Maury Regional Hospital vehicles. We also perform service calls when needed. We are also responsible for maintaining sufficient fuel for Maury County School buses, all Maury County Departments' vehicles as well as Maury Regional Hospital vehicles.

Clerk & Master
Established by the Constitution of the State of Tennessee, the Chancery Court has original jurisdiction over certain matters, as assigned to it by the legislature, some of them exclusively, others concurrently with the Circuit Court and the County Clerk.

Election Commission
The Maury County Election Commission is responsible for promoting voter registration and the electoral process.

Emergency Management
The Office of Emergency Management is a partnership between Maury County, Tennessee and the Cities of Mt. Pleasant and Spring Hill, whose responsibility is to develop plans for dealing with all types of catastrophic emergencies and/or disasters and to coordinate agencies to work together to save lives and property.

Financial Management
Financial Management assists the Budget Committee and County Commission in preserving and improving the sound financial condition of Maury County government through fiscally responsible budgeting practices, proper accounting of all financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and timely presentation of reliable financial information to decision makers.

Health Department
The Maury County Health Department is part of the Tennessee Department of Health's South Central Region. Local health departments focus on the health care needs of the individual, family and community and provide a wide range of preventive health services. Highway Department
The Maury County Highway is made up of 50 versatile employees. It is our goal to keep County Roads safe and in good condition for all citizens and visitors to Maury County.
